Eligibility

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

How to Initiate a Return/Refund/Exchange

  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
  • Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions.

Return Method & Fees

  • Returns are processed by mail.
  • You will be responsible for downloading and printing your own return label.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
  • No restocking fees apply.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed promptly. Please allow a reasonable time for your payment provider to process the refund.
