Stock Status and Handling Time

Each product page displays the stock status and estimated handling time. For example, if an item is listed as "Dispatched within 3-5 days of order date", it will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Same Day Dispatch: Orders for products held in our direct warehouse, placed before 2:00 PM local time, are eligible for same-day dispatch, provided the item is in stock.

Handling Time Estimates

The following handling times are displayed on product pages, representing how long it takes for the product to arrive at our warehouse before being dispatched to you:

Dispatched within 14-21 days of order date	Product is sourced from supplier and expected to arrive within 14–21 business days before dispatch.

European Union (EU)

• Standard International Shipping: £6.00 – Delivered in 2 to 11 business days. Carrier: Royal Mail International
